Thank you all for the support and allowing me to show you a glimpse of my world. I am a true believer that life on this planet can be enjoyable and we can get through the hard times with more of a sense of peace if we learn how to ride the waves, trust and connect with the synchronicities.

While taking a proactive approach to learning these techniques, I have obtained advanced knowledge on how to encourage healing the mind/body through Yoga, bodywork, inner spiritual work and meditative crafting.  By first being willing to be taught and taking on the role of a student, I have now earned certifications in Yoga (200 hrs), Personal Training, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki (level 2) Life Coaching and Meditation. As of this education and experience, I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to teach and mentor many; I have trained 1,000s of dancers, fitness professionals, movers, and yogis.  

My spiritual journey started January, 1st, 2015 after hitting multiple rough patches in life and going through years of failures, party's, fast living, pain, drinking/drugs and life's challenges. Fortunately, I was able to enhance my life and healing journey with Faith, yoga, fitness, internal Spiritual healing and later, crafting. As my journey continues, I will continue to pass on my teachings in hopes that the philosophy of yoga, internal healing and crafting will enhance the lives of others. Yoga has been my main and most affordable source for therapy, it's helped me embrace my past, not worry so much about the future and trust and enjoy my future.
