I'm Adrianne Allen, a 38-year-old entrepreneur who believes that the level of inner work and true self-love we commit to eventually manifests into the life we experience. When we take the time to nurture ourselves from the inside out, we begin to attract the things we truly deserve — the things we dream about.
I’m grateful to Spirit for the struggles, the pain, and the hardships I’ve faced. Those experiences have made me more relatable, more compassionate, and more understanding of others. They’ve also taught me that many of the things we worry about in life don’t matter nearly as much as we think.
What truly matters is whether we are genuinely happy while we spend our time here on earth.
So let’s continue the journey of getting to know ourselves more, loving ourselves more, and creating internal freedom through self-care, awareness, and growth.
My Story
Adrianne Allen is a yoga instructor, Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, life coach, and creative wellness artist based in Dallas, Texas. Originally from Metro Detroit, Michigan, Adrianne has dedicated over 26 years to the world of movement and physical fitness.
Her journey began at the age of 13 through dance, where she first discovered the power of movement as both expression and discipline. By 19 years old, she began teaching, and over the past two decades she has guided thousands of movers, fitness athletes, and yogis ranging from 18 months old to over 80 years young.
After navigating a particularly stressful time in her life, yoga found Adrianne on January 1st, 2015. What began as a personal refuge soon evolved into a life-enhancing practice that transformed the way she understood the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. After years as a devoted student, she became a certified yoga instructor on May 23rd, 2021.
Adrianne continues to approach yoga as a forever student, believing that staying connected to the practice allows her to remain authentic, relatable, and present for those she teaches.
Throughout her career she has been blessed to teach and inspire thousands of clients through classes, workshops, and wellness experiences at yoga studios, gyms, and corporate wellness spaces. In addition to yoga instruction, Adrianne is certified and actively practices Thai Yoga Bodywork, meditation, Reiki, assisted stretching, and life coaching.
She is the founder of Healing for Life, her wellness practice focused on yoga, bodywork, and holistic movement, and Adrianne’s Art & Essence, a creative extension of that work where she explores intuitive art, self-expression, and ritual-based self-care.
In 2024, Adrianne began deeply exploring creative expression and feminine embodiment through art, discovering that creativity and self-care are powerful companions to physical and spiritual wellness. Through intuitive art, movement, and mindfulness, she continues to uncover new layers of freedom, authenticity, and self-love.
Adrianne believes that while life and the world can sometimes feel heavy, joy and freedom are still available to us — and it begins with self-care.

Through movement, bodywork, mindfulness, and art, Adrianne’s mission is to help others reconnect with themselves, move with intention, and experience the healing that happens when the mind, body, and spirit align.
