Reiki Healing (30-75 mins)

Service Description

This session will include the traditional Usui Japanese method. This method will have the body feeling renewed and restored mentally, physically and spiritually. This session is done in a yoga studio, the client will start by laying face up on massage table. The client will be asked to dress comfortably and stay fully dressed during this practice. I only ask that you remove your shoes, coat and glasses (shirt removals are optional for men, women if wearing a sports bra). From there I will cleanse the space, cleanse the client, say a prayer, the energy channels will be cleared by using my hands and the Reiki session will begin. I will be using my hands during the Reiki session. I will be moving them over you, around you and placing them on you to clear channels and create a soothing energy flow. This session will include: Traditional Japanese Reiki Sound Healing * By booking this service you are confirming that HFL and whomever is providing your service is not responsible for any injuries* There will be a $20 travel and set up fee for all services provided outside of my location. + $1 per mile after the 20 mile limited
